Enquiries

How does the total price work? +

Every package you see on To the Beach already shows flights, hotel, and taxes as one per-person price for the number of travellers you select — there are no hidden extras added later.

What happens after I submit an enquiry? +

Your enquiry lands directly with one of our travel specialists, who reviews availability and calls or emails you — usually within 30 minutes during office hours — to confirm details and finalise your booking.

Do I need an account to enquire? +

Yes — creating a free account takes under a minute and means your enquiry, and any future ones, are saved to your dashboard so you can track their status.

Does submitting an enquiry commit me to booking? +

No. An enquiry simply asks us to hold and confirm the details with you — nothing is charged, and you're free to change your mind when we call.

Payments

Do I pay online? +

No — To the Beach doesn't take payment through the website. Once your travel specialist has confirmed availability and final pricing with you, payment is taken securely over the phone.

Is my personal information secure? +

Yes. Your enquiry details are stored securely and only used to process your holiday enquiry — see our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

What if I want to cancel my enquiry? +

Since an enquiry isn't a booking, there's nothing to cancel — just let us know when we call, or email us, and we won't take it further.

Managing your enquiries

Where do I find my enquiry reference? +

Every enquiry gets a confirmation page with a reference number as soon as you submit it, and is also saved to My Enquiries in your account.

How do I save a hotel to look at later? +

Click the heart icon on any hotel or package card. Saved hotels appear in your Wishlist, reachable from the account menu once logged in.

Can I update my contact details for next time? +

Yes — update your name and phone number under Account details, and they'll automatically pre-fill your next enquiry form.
